These screenshots come from the Google Sheets document of the This Way Up!'s card database, listing the value on each side of the cards.
One plan i have considered for this card game is to give each card a trait, however this may not be added to the game at all as it may be too complicated.
This blog was written during my studies at the University Of Central Lancashire to catalogue and archive my development of the various projects I worked on.

XB4406: This Way Up! Further Development
The seven segment display makes editing the values on each card easier to accomplish for a vast majority of cards. The dot under the number allows the players to help identify what number each value is when looking at the card from a different angle.
I have also drafted a logo that combines the idea of a cardboard box, whilst the title also explains the rules within its name.

Xb4406: Further Planning for Board Game: This Way Up!
TITLE:
This Way Up! Is a board game meant to be played by at least 2 players, maximum of 4 players.
IN-GAME STORY:
The backstory of the game is that you're all bumbling assistants to a grand scientist who has taked you with organizing his warehouse of many gadgets, experiments and rare monsters, all are very strange and dangerous. Somewhere along the line, all of you messed up, big time! And now you need to fix the situation by sorting all the storage spaces in the right place, or to hinder everyone else if you're feeling naughty!
THE CARDS:
Each card is made of four sides, and each side has its own individual value, with a number between 1 to 9. Some sides of each card will be stronger and weaker than others.
(IDEA UP FOR CONSIDERATION), Each card has a trait that can be used on your turn, before you pass the turn to the next player, however this may make the game more complicated than it needs to be.
RULESETS:
There are three standard game rule sets that you can play:
Standard: Each player eliminates their hand by playing cards and drawing new ones if there isn't anything they can play. The first one to lose their hand/have the least amount of cards by the end of the game wins.
Cooperation Mode: Each player will help to remove their hand in order to place as many cards on the table as possible, matching each value of every card side as consistantly as possible. When everyone's cards have been played, the matching sides are tallied and a score is produced for everyone involved.
VS Mode: Each player uses their cards in order to overpower their opponent's cards numbers from each card's side, capturing each of the player's original cards, or lternatively, . The card will be counted toward that player's total of winning cards on the table.
